We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any lessons cancelled more than 48 hours in advance will incur no charge. Lessons cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the lesson may still be charged.
If you do not cancel a lesson within sufficient time you will be charged the full amount unless you have spoken to your tutor and they have waived the charge.
