In order to ensure that both our tutors and our students are safe, we have our own messaging system in place that allows students and tutors to communicate directly. This platform can be used to discuss lessons, to get to know your student ahead of a session and to keep in contact between sessions to discuss homework etc.
We kindly ask that all communication that takes place between student and tutor is conducted on the platform and that alternative contact details are not shared. Both clients and tutors will receive both a text and email notification letting them know when they receive a message on the platform so it is a quick and efficient means of communicating.
